The receptionist position will have the following responsibilities:
Answer & direct phone calls for high volume Agency in a professional and courteous manner promptly. The position works closely with all departments requiring highly organized individual. Responsible for heavy data entry, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Salary will be determined based on experience.
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
• Excellent communication skills, as the position deals with a high volume of phone calls.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Exemplifies willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
• Must have a positive and upbeat attitude and convey professional image and demeanor.
• Must possess the ability to work well and communicate well with others.
• Proficiency in Mac operating system and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Previous InEntertainment experience a plus
