RECEPTIONIST needed for a top Commercial Production Company in Santa Monica. Candidate must be a team player with a can-do attitude and have interest in commercial production. If you have an upbeat and outgoing personality, and can work well under pressure please apply.
This is an entry-level position in a fun working environment with potential for growth.
Duties include:
Answer/screen/ transfer calls & distribute messages.
Greet guests.
Help organize Company events.
Handle all incoming/outgoing packages.
Order supplies & perform miscellaneous office duties in a professional manner.
Skills required:
Experience with heavy phone call volume.
MAC computer skills essential.
Web Research skills.
Art/Creative/Social Media knowledge a plus. |
