Motion Picture Advertising Company looking for an EXPERIENCED, PROBLEM SOLVING, DETAIL-ORIENTED Project Scheduler to work with producers and editors to schedule all editorial and creative manager work with resources available based on skillsets and availability.
Job Description
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Schedule editors and creative managers for all current and expected work
• Proactively plan for upcoming work
• Schedule freelance editors as needed
• Create and maintain editorial and creative manager time off calendar and plan ahead accordingly
Qualifications
Candidate must have the following qualifications to be considered:
• 2+ years of professional post production experience
• Experience in Theatrical, Video Game, or Broadcast advertising needs
• Knowledge of offline editorial workflow
• Ability to communicate successfully with others
• Must be very detailed oriented
• Must be prompt and have ability to respond and prioritize quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be self-motivated, proactive and driven
