Produciton Coordinator/Payroll Assistant:

Offices located in Santa Monica
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly production payroll for multiple programs.
- Generate, track and process PO's and invoices.
- Help in the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Production Manager & Studio Manager
- Book production crews
- Communicate with production and producer teams to coordinate shoots
- Keep studio calendar up to date / create daily run down of active productions
- Coordinate and arrange travel for crew.
- Various administrative duties as needed
- Ensure all production documents are in order.
Skills/Requirements:
- High-level of organization and attention to detail
- High-level client facing positive communication skills
- 1-2 years relevant payroll experience.
- Experience with scheduling
- Relevant Production Coordinator or Studio Coordinator experience
- Familiarity with standard production industry budgeting and scheduling methods and software.
- Experience with Showbiz Crewcards.
- Experience with TimeTrax
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Must adhere to the confidential nature of highly sensitive materials.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Education:
Bachelors degree from accredited College or University degree is required
