Leading entertainment law firm seeks staff production attorney to handle all aspects of production legal and development work for production company clients focused on documentary-style/unscripted programming including: drafting production agreements; reviewing and commenting on all production related agreements and releases (location, appearance, materials, trade-out, deal memos, etc.); episode review and clearance; insurance issues, and all other issues related to day-to-day production legal and development. Right candidate will have the ability to liaise with production company clients and other attorneys/representatives in a very fast-paced environment; self-direct and manage multiple deadlines and coordinate shifting priorities. Attention to detail, ability to organize and track documents and strong communication a necessity. Must be a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented and a team player. 1-2 years experience at major production company or entertainment law firm with strong experience in both production legal and development required. Must CA bar member in good standing.
