This position will provide mid-level support to Finance and Production for a Studio located in Downtown Los Angeles. 5+ years' experience as a Staff Production Accountant and/or Assistant Production Accountant. Experience in both corporate and production finance in the digital space is highly preferred. Bachelor degree is required with a major in accounting, finance or business administration preferred. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, PowerPoint and Ease (or similar production accounting software) preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Finance and Production teams to oversee all financial aspects of the digital studio and digital productions.
• Manage daily y-to-day accounting functions,, including but not limited to as well as complete production payroll, A/P processingaccounts payable, pP-Ccard Rreconciliations and ppetty cash reconciliations.
• on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and manage the onboarding of new crew members and vendors.
• Reconcile accounts andto identify inconsistencies and problems and works to resolve them.
• Prepare monthly journal entries as needed. .
• Reviews deal memos and initiates and reports contractual payments across the organization
• Manage special projects and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Maintain document archives and digitally file all work in a timely manner.

• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, desire for accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, think strategically, solve problems, and implement solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
