Award-winning creative content production company comprised of top tier talent from the worlds of creative advertising, narrative content development, production, post-production and visual FX seeks a Producer / New Business Development Executive.
Our entirely self-contained production and post facility located in Beverly Hills has been designed from the ground up to meet the evolving demands of modern day production needs for theatrical films, television programs, and online content. Some of our specialties include: EPKs, TV Specials, TV commercial spots, Branded content, Motion Graphics, DI finishing and VFX.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business with a clear focus on presenting the company as multidimensional- a one stop, production company offering client conceptual development from pre-production, production through post-production.
• Foster company business growth by developing new business leads.
• Expand the client base to new sectors/industries to help grow sales.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Cold call relevant businesses to bring in prospective clients.
Once new business is secured, the executive will produce the material if relevant to their skill-set. This may include:
• Facilitating various aspects of pre-production, production and post-production.
• Developing a clear understanding of a client's ''brand'' - i.e. The look, style and approach to every series produced for a network.
• Building bids and/or projecting budgets when applicable.
• Overseeing editors and communicating client notes.
• Writing and Producing.
Requirements:
• Strong professional contacts and proven business development success record required.
• Capable of generating qualified leads and assessing prospect value.
• Ability to establish strong client relationships and network within an organization.
• Strong understanding of the film, television, and post-production industries.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail oriented and well-organized with excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Experience working with crews, schedules and budgets.
• Needs to be solutions oriented.
• Experience creating sales pitches, sizzles and presentations.
• The ability to take direction / execute editorial notes and changes from clients.
• Familiarity with digital production workflow for television and film.
• Experience covering junket shoots and conducting interviews is a plus.
