This position needs a completely organized, calm, psychologically stable leader who's worked in a marketing/ad agency environment--such as New Wave, Lussier, or any high-volume, multiple project/client company. We need a team player who brings an existing workflow to keep track of all delivery dates, delivery specs, and notes. Phone calls and e-mails will be flying but this person--or this team, if you want to bring existing co-workers along--can stay calm, communicate, and keep the editors/graphics guys moving in an efficient and correct manner while keeping track of basic elements such as budgets and deadline. We're a growing and super busy company, which is a good thing. We need someone who appreciates that, wants to grow more, and will do whatever's needed to ensure that the clients--and the staff--are happy. If you understand what the above means then you're the perfect fit. |
