Music Agent seeks personal assistant that works in home office in Sherman Oaks. Daily tasks include anything from running errands, computer work and research, scheduling appointments/travel, home office organization, administrative paperwork , responding to emails and problem solving, returning calls/emails, dry cleaning pick-up, grocery shopping, etc.
MUST have at least 3 -5 years experience previously working AS a personal assistant/administrative assistant or estate manager and must be able to wear many hats, multi-tasker, incredible organizational skills, good follow-through skills are key to this job, have your own car, professional, responsible, a quick learner, intelligent, trustworthy, impeccable grammar/spelling, speak perfect English, be extremely resourceful, great follow through skills and have impeccable attention to detail.
