Full Time Job
This opportunity has two main parts to it:
#1 Personal Assistant
#2 Office Assistant
Looking for someone *proficient* at working with BREAKDOWN SERVICES, with relevant experience in a Talent Agency, Talent Management company, or in Casting, to assist in daily activities of an entertainment professional.
Other responsibilities include:
- caring for 2 loving, rambunctious rescue dogs; IF YOU ARE NOT A DOG PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
- running an inherited production company
- daily doses of random from various ongoing projects
The job also requires office skills (computer/fax/scanner/phone/filing), someone who is super organized, has a great memory, loves lists, has a valid driver's license who can run errands and is a person who knows how to get stuff done (and if they don't know, they will find out!)
Housekeeper comes once a week but sometimes there are minor chores (unloading dishwasher, loading washing machine, etc...)
LOOKING FOR A ''CAN DO'' TYPE PERSON!
I'm looking for someone to do the work WITH me. A great candidate would be a person with some life experience. I work from home so it is a very casual setting 95% of the time and their are some great perks (travel, screenings, a pool in the backyard, and names attached to my projects).
This is a perfect opportunity for the right person who loves dogs, is kinda Type A-ish (can create order from chaos), and is willing to pitch in and get their hands dirty.
This position has potential to advance and branch out into many areas within the entertainment arena.
