Multi-Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actor, director, and producer is seeking an incredibly smart and motivated personal assistant with a passion for film, television, and the entertainment business.
Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to: scheduling, making travel arrangements, driving, reading and providing feedback on incoming script submissions, personal errands, and administrative support. Candidates must be incredibly organized and detail oriented, resourceful, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to multi-task, and be EXTREMELY tech savvy with all things MAC and Apple related.
Being prompt and on-time is crucial, lateness will not be tolerated. Candidates should be upbeat, possess a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn about the entertainment business from a seasoned vet. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in film and television development and offers exposure to the inner-workings of the business. Occasional downtime makes the job a perfect fit for writers. Prior experience working for a reputable production company, agency, studio, or industry player is required. A broad understanding of the TV landscape is a plus.
