Immediate opening - This position would be for someone who has amazing people skills and can keep a kind composure while getting work done. This is a personal assistant job. I need an individual who can multi-task, has a creative mind, and is technical to make sure all tasks get completed throughout the day. You will be assisting in both her acting career needs (printing scripts, scheduling auditions that don't conflict with her private sessions, etc.), as well as her Personal Life Coaching business, (website maintenance, scheduling of private sessions, etc).
Candidate needs to be assertive and a computer savvy self starter.
Overview of duties:
• Ability to type at least 65 wpm
• Answer phones and deal with all client interaction
• Coordinate calendar & scheduling of appointments
• Managing full schedule
• Creating weekly promotional content (e-blasts)
• Booking interviews, appointments
• Handle all emails
• Accounting & transferring money to different accounts - (QuickBooks a MUST)
• Teleseminar setup
• Proficiency in ALL Microsoft programs (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.)
• Coordinate travel
• MUST have own car for any errands
