The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, excellent communicator, flexible and enjoy the challenges of the entertainment industry.
The ability to interact with people on all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in a similar role and/or office management
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination meetings (Scheduling)
• Strong knowledge of ms office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
• Bachelor's degree Required
• Must know how to use all of the current social networking sites especially Instagram and Facebook. Branding and Marketing background and/or interest preferred.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software preferred
• Knowledge of all Apple/Mac Products
• Experience using PayPal invoicing software
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Current California resident within a 20-mile radius of Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks.
• A professional can do attitude and positive demeanor
• Nights and Weekend availability
• Network Solutions and Constant Contact knowledge necessary
• Understanding of script reading and coverage
• Interest in film and television production process
• Branding and marketing skills
• Passport necessary

Personal Assistant / Office Manager will:
• Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
• Answer phones and take efficient messages
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed
• Manage studio including registering students, billing, replenishing office supplies, answering phones, responding to emails, creating daily social media posts, etc.
• Local travel required up to 25% of the time. Some International travel required.
