Boutique artist management company in Sherman Oaks seeks a part-time, jack of all trades personal assistant/office manager. Duties include schedule management, making calls, booking travel, and occasionally running errands. Must be able to handle juggling priorities and have an interest in the music industry. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus. Must be comfortable with light bookkeeping, phones and generally be good with people. Being dog friendly is a huge bonus. (Having a sense of humor will certainly be useful.)
