Teleprompting Company is seeking Part-Time Bookkeeper (North Hollywood)
Job Description: Part-Time, Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle all accounting related duties for small business.
Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week with some flexibility for the right person. Must be available to work additional hours on occasional weekends.
Qualifications:
-- Strong communication skills with a good phone presence.
-- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter who requires little supervision.
-- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
-- Thorough understanding of QuickBooks Pro. (Test to be administered to qualified candidates)
-- 3+ years bookkeeping experience
-- Familiarity with ADP Payroll service
-- Have a valid CA driver's license and own transportation
-- HR experience a plus
Responsibilities:
-- Accounts Receivable; Prepare invoices, track collections, follow-up on past dues, record receipts and make deposits
-- Accounts Payable; Entire process from entering bills through issuing payments
-- Generate accounting reports
-- Payroll
-- Bank Reconciliations
-- Maintain employee files
This is a part-time position based in our office in North Hollywood.
Schedule can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
