Public relations agency with entertainment clients seeks full-time assistant to work for two publicists. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as: call rolling, clip reports, proofing documents, itineraries, expense reports, etc. Previous agency, management, and/or entertainment experience is a PLUS.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Thrives in a fast paced working environment and be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Communications, Journalism, English, PR preferable
• Can start ASAP
• Must have strong writing skills: experience writing pitches/press releases for approval
• A strong desire to learn the ins and out of Public Relations is a must
• Ability to contribute to creative pitches/campaigns for clients
• Should be a team player with a positive ''can-do'' attitude who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work--no task is too big or too small
