An entertainment talent publicity firm, is seeking a PR Assistant in Beverly Hills. You will be responsible for providing full support to the Sr. Publicist/President of the company. **PRIOR ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE A MUST**
Responsibilities include: providing full administrative support to the Sr. Publicist/President, handling phones and rolling calls, overseeing a heavy press/travel calendar, daily client servicing, coordinating international and domestic travel (personal and business-related) as well as press tour logistics with major studios/networks, drafting/coordinating client press schedules and memos, and some personal tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree; strong writing, research and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems; and is able to work well under deadlines and pressure. Must be able to take direction well and handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
