Beverly Hills based TV and Film Production Company is seeking an Office Services Manager. Candidate responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:
-Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing layouts, office systems and equipment procurement.
- Facilities management, troubleshooting vendor requests, act as point of contact for internal professionals throughout company.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
- Keep management informed of office related items and issues.
- Planning, scheduling and managing daily office workflows.
- Participating in and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
- Procure office supplies, organize corporate events and liaise with vendors
Ideal candidate will have office services/operations experience with strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
