We are a fun, creative office looking for a fiercely organized, detail-oriented and upbeat Office Coordinator/PA. This individual will be responsible for reception, maintaining the office/building, supporting staff and being an all-around administrative MVP.
Candidates must have/be:
- Extremely organized
- Highly customer-service oriented
- Computer/ tech savvy
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent professional phone manner
- Solid research abilities
- Familiarity with TV / Film / Advertising or Production office environment a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Super all-around administrative skills!
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaining office in top shape (equipment, supplies, stocking kitchen, etc.)
- Phones
- Handling Building / Property / Equipment issues
- Coordinating / Managing Interns
- Runs, parking cars, ordering lunch
- Mail, Deliveries, Messengers
- Filing, Copying, Scanning
- Streamlining office processes
- Supporting staff as needed
