Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Unscripted Television Production Company seeking an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant with production knowledge, strong organizational skills, a solutions oriented mindset, and a passion for working collaboratively to implement and maintain systems that advance the company's mission. In addition to the primary day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining the offices resources and Executive's schedule, the Office Coordinator is a strategic partner to Production Management and an effective team player who is looking to advance their career in the Production Management track through supporting the needs of active projects.
The small size and collaborative nature of our company provide the ideal environment to absorb knowledge through all aspects of the production process. The ideal candidate will seize this opportunity to impact the company's environment and culture by but putting their mark and passion into every task, no matter how great or small.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Scheduling meetings and appointments for Executives
• Providing administrative support to Executives and Production Management on active projects
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, supplies, and equipment while working within a budget
• Designing and implementing office initiatives and systems
• Providing quality customer service to our clients and guests while managing incoming calls and visitors
Experience & Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 Years experience in production or entertainment (PA, internships, etc.)
• Highly organized with an attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Long term career goals focused in Production Management
• Calm and collected while multi-tasking in fast paced environments
• Solutions oriented
