Job Description:
The Office Assistant plays a vital role in the company's success, working directly with the owner as well as supporting the general office needs for our team.
Specific Job Description:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Managing an extremely active calendar of meetings and appointments.
• Answering the phones.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Preparing and editing reports, and presentations.
• Attending meetings with the owner in the office or outside of the office.
• Making travel arrangements for the owner and his family.
• Making travel arrangements for guests, talents, producers etc.
• Providing quality customer service.
• Managing the relationships with the third parties like Banks, CPA, Producers, Clients.
• Helping owner with his private life; arranging private dinners, help planning events, arranging car service, car wash, doctor's appointments and/ or personal errands.
• Attending film festivals, markets and business trips with the owner if required.
• Running various errands for the office
• Stocking and assisting in budgeting office supplies
