Search for Office Production Coordinator jobs in North Hollywood-CA
Boutique feature film and TV marketing production company seeking an experienced Office Production Coordinator. Only looking for individuals with Office Coordinator / Production experience, but specializing with crew and production management from an office setting. Onset production experience a plus but not mandatory. 2+ years of production experience preferred. Not an entry level position. College degree preferred. CANDIDATES WITH EPK & DOCUMENTARY EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
REPORTS TO:
- Executive Director, Creative Services
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple freelance production crews
- Work with in-house Producers on executing each shoot
- Vendor management & tracking
- Freelance Crew tracking and list upkeep
- Invoice and PO collection and submission to accounting
- Coordinating all crew start paperwork
- Working with production supervisor on managing shoot calendar, scheduling interviews, project management
- Outlining production days
- Call Sheet creation and distribution
- Overseeing Union Payroll process with 3rd party vendors
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- EPK & Documentary experience a plus
- 2+ years of production experience
- In-Office only position
- Extreme comfort with Phone and In-Person communication
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience with Crew Payroll, including Union rules a plus
- Experience with general bookkeeping and QuickBooks software preferred
- Comfort working in collaboration with billing department
- Team Oriented
- Communicate deadlines affectively and ensure deadlines are being met
- Working car with insurance
- Cell phone
- Mac savvy including knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Full time staff position, competitive rate with benefits and PTO accrual following 90 days of employment.
