Full time office manager needed for midtown Manhattan entertainment office. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment. Seeking an experienced team player, who is proactive with excellent problem solving skills and familiar with the film, theatre, and entertainment industry. Starting salary is $52,000.
Summaries of Duties include but not limited to:
Handling day to day administrative tasks, i.e. - coordinating staff, credit card expense analysis;
Keeping the office organized and extremely neat;
Having strong communications with the assistants in regards to office needs
Assisting with operations as needed;
Responsible for order and stocking office supplies;
Overseeing and working with vendors for all systems, i.e. - telephone, computer and office equipment;
Obtain approvals on client invoices & reimbursable expenses;
Managing administrative staff and vendors;
Liaising with various professionals, i.e. - building management, accountant, bookkeepers, etc.
