We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and dynamic Office Manager who possesses a passionate desire to contribute a high level of administrative support to a reputable and prestigious team.
Ideal candidates should possess superior organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, positive, resourceful, and have the ability to shift priorities in response to varying demands.
Essential Duties • Maintains office staff by assisting in the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees. • Coordinates desk coverage for Agents and Assistants as required. • Contributes to the team environment by completing any tasks as required including accounting responsibilities. • Keeps management informed of any employee-related issues as they arise. • Benefit administration including medical, vision and dental coverage enrollment, 401K and pension plan implementation, vacation/sick balance maintenance • Bi-weekly Payroll reporting
Skills/Qualifications: • Professional appearance and demeanor • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills• Strong leadership skills
Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in office management or Human Resources • Accounting experience preferred
