Our established bi-coastal talent agency is looking for an Office Manager with a minimum of two years of experience for our Los Angeles office. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented and computer savvy. Must be able to multi-task, communicate effectively, manage multiple personality types and perform other necessary tasks to ensure that the office is always running smoothly.
Previous experience at a talent agency or management company is preferred but not required. Ideal candidate would be familiar with the talent representation and casting process. Bachelor's degree required. Candidates need to be meticulous, pro-active and detail oriented. Please no actors, writers, or PAs.
