The Office Manager serves as primary point person for day-to-day office operations and some light Human Resources activities. The position requires a problem solver who serves as a resource for the business.
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Handling office management related activities, including: being responsible for onboarding full time and freelance staff, planning or facilitating new office space setup, moves, and office organization; finding and maintaining efficient operational practices for the function of the office.
• Responsible for communicating and informing business of HR initiatives, project management, and ensuring programs are aligned with culture of business unit.
• With input from leadership, creating and managing company sponsored employee events.
• Disseminating all office wide communication as directed by leadership.
• Handling the administration and enforcement of general office standards/initiatives and spending policies, including: time and labor, PTO tracking, expense reports, etc.
• Serving as a liaison to IT and Properties resources to address and resolve more complex technology and facility related issues.
• Delivering entry-level HR services and general office support to Super Deluxe leadership and employee population.
• Coordinating special projects as assigned by Super Deluxe leadership.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in a Production or Creative Studio. Excellent communication skills. Ability to think outside of the box in order to fully support this creative environment. Strong project management, follow through, and multi-tasking skills. Must be flexible with proven ability to work within tight and fluctuating deadlines. Ability to deliver results providing day-to-day support and office management to a very dynamic business is required. Experience with HR a plus.
