An Emmy Award-winning production company is currently seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant for their Brooklyn office.
We're looking for someone who'll help create a welcoming, supportive and organized office environment for a team of approximately 25 people. The ideal candidate is the kind of person who, in their work and personal life, remembers birthdays, hosts parties, fund-raises for charity, etc. The kind of person who enjoys helping others reach their full potential and will check in on everyone in our office to make sure they have all they need to do their jobs. We're looking for the kind of person who's serious about keeping our working environment clean and tidy. A person who's dedicated to maintaining a creative, productive and happy work life for everyone at our company.
This position includes supporting the executives at the company by maintaining their schedule & tracking their timely fulfillment of project needs, attending and taking notes at internal meetings, grasping the work-flow of the projects and helping to facilitate executives availability to team members.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling calls, meetings and appointments for the company's executives.
Recruiting & hiring interns; running the company's intern training program.
Creating and organizing team-building and socializing opportunities.
Main point of contact for incoming phone calls and the front door
Opening the office daily and arranging office access for all employees.
Welcoming and arranging support for new employees.
Organizing a clean and well-supplied kitchen and supply areas.
