An International commercial production company with creative, hard working, and fun execs and staff is seeking an office manager / executive assistant in their Hollywood office.
Main duties include managing daily affairs of the office, managing our roster of international director schedules, and maintaining the company online project database.
Additional duties include:
-Maintaining calendars for executives
-Assisting with production needs
-Managing flow of information for bidding and production
-Compiling and distributing project assets
-Collaborating with executives, staff, and freelance production teams
-Creating weekly US sales leads and reel reports for Managing Director as needed
-Coordinate bi-weekly US report calls between Managing Director and sales reps
-Maintaining and inputting data for US region in the CRM system, including inputting of job data, contact information, and scheduling data
-Managing director schedules
-Assist Marketing Manager with regional US award show entries
-Managing and coordinating director Visa applications
Candidates should have assistant and film production experience, proficiency with Apple computers, experience rolling calls, and will be able to manage our general office procedures. The desired candidate will have had at least two internships at TV, film, or commercial production companies. Having a creative drive and a sense of humor is a MUST :)
