Small documentary film/commercial/tv production company looking for a motivated and hard-working person to manage production office, provide executive assistance to President, and have the willingness to assist in all areas of the company. We are seeking an articulate administrative professional that has some office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and greet clients and guests
- Handle administrative duties, filing, bookkeeping, mailings
- Manage and arrange appointments and conference rooms
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Hire and pay freelancers as needed
- Manage interns
Qualifications:
- College degree
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Proficient with Word, Excel,
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Strong work ethic and great attitude

- Experience with Final Cut Pro X
