Hello,
We are a growing animation company out of North Hollywood and we produce a vast range of projects from commercials, TV content, mobile games, short movies, etc. Currently, we are hiring an office manager/client relations person to join our team.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day office management such as handling tasks, emails, etc. while prioritizing efficiently.
- Assist with marketing tasks such as preparing promotional materials, catalogs and sending out samples.
- Run office errands.
- Special project assistance (Marketing/Project Management.)
- Provide administrative support.
- Other duties as requested.
- Build a database for potential clients.
- Reaching out to new clients.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- The candidate must be fluent in English (spoken and written, preferably American native.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to juggle a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated self-starter and problem-solver with initiative, confidence, and professionalism.
- Outstanding work ethic and confident/positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate in Hebrew a plus.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats
- Must be proficient in both MAC and PC.
- Excellent people and phone skills.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and editing software is a plus.
