Job Description
We are looking to expand our core team with a self-motivated, team leader who takes streamlining and organization to the next level. The ideal candidate will be excited, energetic and eager to spearhead a wacky, artistic group of professionals in the art of efficiency and productivity. The perfect fit will have a minimum of three years experience in office administration, have professional integrity, ethical acumen and be highly - no extremely! - organized to manage multiple hectic schedules.
The choice candidate will be eager to learn with a self-starter personality that is ready and willing to jump into a wide variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Mange the overall flow of the office
Maintain the office schedule - communicating daily meetings and priorities
Complex scheduling for principals (personal/business)
Morning office prep, coffee and office tidiness
Answer phones and email messages as necessary
Food and office supply restock
Assist Accounting Manager in talent research and recruiting
Coordinate domestic and international travel for staff
Circulate daily calendars
Equipment purchases per project
Agenda prep for Production, Finance and Board meetings
Office errands as necessary
Manage, supervise and update annual intern program
Admin support & note taking for various business entities and projects
Meeting, event and party planning
Experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple software and other organizing/management tools
Proficient in scheduling tools, programs and apps.
Understanding of technology product development
Some project management background helpful, but not required
Salary commensurate with experience.
