Looking for a solution-oriented and highly-organized Office Coordinator/Front Desk at a fast-paced motion picture advertising company.
Must have:
• Excellent phone manner and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and special projects as assigned.
• A great eye and taste for event-planning and gift-buying.
Requires
• Experience maintaining executives' calendars, arranging travel, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be Mac proficient.
Previous entertainment industry experience required preferred.
