Office Assistant
We are a technology media company for the home entertainment industry and are looking to bring on a new team member to fill our open Office Assistant position.
Your job will be to help out in many typical office assistant duties such as:
- running errands outside of the office (pick-ups, deliveries, etc)
- moving items in-house (displays, office supplies, etc)
- Computer tasks - reporting, input, scanning, emailing, etc.
- Any tasks required of staff
There is tremendous room for growth so we are looking for individuals interested in learning and growing with the company. Whether this is long term or a stepping stone for your future endeavors, we value any individual that goes ''above and beyond'', is innovative, proactive and has a thirst and willingness to learn.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Love for films/tv/music. We are in the entertainment industry. On the technology side, but Film/TV industry nonetheless.
- Computer skills are a MUST but if you have GREAT Powerpoint, excel, word, etc. skills, then that is highly valued and needed
- Programming skills or understanding of basic coding (HTML, etc). Having a ''programmatic'' type of mind would be very useful
- Digital Media interest and technology understanding. Do you know how to set up a computer? A router? A home theater system? Do you have an Apple TV, Roku, etc and know how to set these up?
Overall, looking for a new team member with a ''can-do'' attitude that can support our growing business.
