The world's leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an assistant within the Motion Picture Marketing department. This department interacts with movie studios and advises clients on the marketing and distribution of their films on topics such as release dates, questions for test screenings, identifying target audiences, making suggestions on creative, media plans, tv spots, etc. In this position, you will be responsible for managing day to day administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and conference calls, organizing screenings, and creating extensive tracking grids and spreadsheets using Excel.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience within entertainment. Studio or theatrical marketing agency experience highly preferred
- Ability to work with and organize data clearly
- Long-term interest in a career in entertainment marketing
- Impeccable manners and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Calm demeanor and sense of humor
- Bachelor's degree required
