I am looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, energetic individual who is interested in an entry-level/full time (40 hours per week) /temporary (52 week) position with a team of individuals who are responsible for the delivery, cataloging, management of physical and virtual assets of a major media company in New Jersey. In this position the candidate will work with multiple internal and external suppliers to insure the accurate delivery of digital and linear assets to the Media Library. The position serves as liaison between the Media Ingest center, Commercial Operations (broadcast & digital), Broadcast Operations Centers and various Marketing, Production and Scheduling teams.
Responsibilities will include:
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and balance numerous requests in a time-sensitive deadline oriented environment.
• Accurate data entry of linear and digital assets into various network systems/databases.
• Serve as the representative of the facility to internal and external clients, vendors and suppliers.
• Responsible for managing asset preparation including but not limited to organizing content for ingest/broadcast, returning content to
proper storage location(s) in the various library locations.
• Ability to collect and relay accurate information about assets both verbally and written format to business partners, suppliers,
management and vendors.
Qualifications:
• Proven Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Detail oriented with a commitment to quality work product and well organized.
• Experience in successfully communicating both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Team player with the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-workers, clients and senior leadership.
