North Hollywood based boutique feature film and TV marketing production company seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Looking for candidates who are bright and savvy, with a passion for marketing and social media, with an interest in the film industry and a basic knowledge of the film industry. Two year agency or production company experience preferred. College degree preferred.
REPORTS TO:
• Director of Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing and tracking client outreach and social gatherings
• Tracking current client list and staying up to date with who client's company is working with
• Managing client calendars including birthdays, social outings, special occasions, life changes, etc.
• Management and execution of holiday client gifts
• Conceptualization and management of company Swag
• Management of all award submissions
• Management of all social media outlets and postings
• Cataloging client preferences and creating innovative ways to conduct client outreach
REQUIREMENTS:
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail
• Extreme comfort with Phone and In-Person communication.
• Detail oriented and organized
• Team Oriented
• Communicate deadlines effectively and ensure deadlines are being met
• Innovative and creative, with a focus on the executable
• Mac savvy including knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working car with insurance
• Cell phone
• Quick learner
• Interest in Film/TV
