New York based Film and Television production company is seeking an Executive Marketing Assistant to support 2 high level marketing executives.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Correspond with filmmakers to provide information and material updates
• Provide reports updating the status of creative materials including TV spots, daily grosses, tracking and release schedule information.
• Generate and update status reports providing information about all aspects of marketing campaigns
• Establish, maintain, and update filing system. Retrieve information from files when needed.
• Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendar and travel as requested.
• Compile and organize presentations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A 4-year college degree
• 1-2 years experience with 1 year supporting high level executive.
• Must be fluent in MSWord, Excel and Power Point. A working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
• Must be able to establish priorities and meet dead-lines, work in a fast paced environment, demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently, and pay close attention to detail.
