The Manager of Feature Films will work directly with studios executives and independent productions companies on their films and provide our client's products to their productions for appropriate placements. This would also include working with production personnel such as producers, set decorators, prop masters, and transportation coordinators, etc.
The Manager will also interface with our client's V.P.'s of Marketing, Public Relations and Communication professionals to obtain approvals for placements, insure delivery of product to productions offices all over the U.S., Canada and Europe and generating quarterly activity reports for each client.
The qualifications for this position are as follows:
3 years+ experience working in the media or entertainment business
Sales experience - Will be an integral part in new client pitches or pitching placements to our clients
Excellent writing skills - Composing letters and follow up reports to clients and productions. Writing synopses for scripts and breaking them down for each of our clients.
High energy and highly organized - Every script is time sensitive and prioritizing is a must. Follow up in a timely manner on numerous projects is imperative.
Great Management Skills - This is a boutique agency and everyone works together as a team. The Manager will be supervising an assistant and will be responsible for all their work.
