THE ROLE:
We seek to fill the role of Manager of Crossover & Development. This is an opportunity to join an innovative team, on the ground floor, with representation of established music, film, television, sports, fashion, and visual arts clients.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
* Maintains key relationships with talent agents at the major agencies, movie studio executives, financiers, and global PR agencies.
* Moves and shakes with decision makers and has their ears to the ground. Must have keen awareness of which films are being developed, fast-tracked, and green-lit.
* Skilled with communicating ideas coherently, cohesively, and concisely.
* Adaptable and unafraid to ask questions, and quick to learn.
* A lateral thinker, methodical and creative, have excellent research skills.
* Meticulous about the details and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines and pressure.
* A great communicator - via email, by phone, in person-and simultaneously. Comfortable working with Talent and executives on every level.
* Works well with others and independently.
* Some knowledge of talent management would be helpful, particularly with popular and emerging artists crossing over.
* Candidate to work closely with partners of firm and senior executives.
