Thanks.
Screen and TV writers' management company seeks an intern.
You should have at least one agent/management internship experience and be familiar with the names of various creative execs. A top-notch phone personality/presence is key here as you'll be making calls to both actors' reps and production companies pitching projects.
Knowing how to be politely persistent without being a pain is a major plus.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send a generic cover letter. Instead, tell me why you're the right person for this internship.
Last but not least, you don't have to spend one cent doing this gig. There's no commuting; it's all working from your place. That means you have to be comfortable and responsible enough to handle work without someone looking over your shoulder.
And should you be responsible for making a contact that gets a given project the famous green light, you'll be nicely rewarded with actual money. Doing well also means a top-notch letter of recommendation.
PLEASE REPLY ONLY IF YOU THINK YOU'RE A GOOD FIT AND IF YOU CAN TAKE ON THIS UNPAID POSITION! I NEED SOMEONE PROMPTLY.
Thanks.
