Westside transactional entertainment law firm seeks a full-time Executive Assistant for busy partner and associate. Must be proactive at organization and capable of multi-tasking and effectively and efficiently servicing needs of attorneys and clients. Excellent oral/written communication skills are mandatory, as is a professional and courteous phone demeanor. Good computer skills are required. Sharp attention to details essential. Duties include typical support tasks such as filing, rolling phone calls and managing call sheet, maintaining calendar and setting appointments and meetings, arranging travel, etc.
Prefer experience in entertainment law firm, studio, or agency, but will consider a professional, energetic, and motivated candidate with general office experience and excellent references. Higher education required.
