Management Company is seeking a Junior Manager/Day-To-Day Manager for Artist.
Candidate should have at least 3 Years of experience at an agency, management company, or working directly for Talent. Must have a genuine passion for talent representation as a career.
NOT an entry-level position.
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to::
- Project Management in TV/Film, Music, Live Performances, & Appearances (Budgets, Deadlines, Approvals, Promo/Roll-Out Plans, & Logistics)
- Glam Team Bookings & Negotiation of Deals
- Coordinating on a daily basis with Record Labels, Networks, Film Studios & PR companies on the artist's behalf
- Developing and maintaining key partner relationships to create mutually successful engagements.
- Creating and maintaining Artist's Project Calendars & Timelines
- Servicing and managing confirmed engagements & one-off private performances (Cast/Crew bookings, rehearsal schedules, and budgets)
- Coordinate & manage Marketing and Publicity for release dates of upcoming projects
- Coordinate Music Video Production & Music Recordings with Record Label
- Identifying and researching new artist/brand opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' industry experience in tour planning, budgeting, and/or booking (candidates with booking, account management, or sales experience are preferred).
- A thorough understanding of the business of live entertainment.
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Attention to detail, keep calendar/appointments/meetings up to date

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Adopts a flexible approach, and adapts style to suit different situations and people
