Production Coordinator / Jr Producer position at a small but busy and fast-growing production company in Beverly Hills that has three feature length documentaries in production, along with several docu-series and commercial projects. This position is for someone is eager to learn and comfortable wearing MANY hats. Familiarity with film production/equipment is a PLUS.
Job is a salary position (amount tbd) full time, hours 9:30AM-6/6:30PM on average M-F. Looking to hire ASAP. If you cannot start within a week, please do not apply.

Duties:
Coordinating with crew members and prepping gear/equipment for documentary shoots
Managing gear pick-ups and returns
Creating and sending out call sheets
Managing download and back up of footage for delivery to editor
Staying on top of individual budgets for projects by logging expenses
Supporting development of new projects via creative research
