Daily Job Duties
· Heavy Scheduling
· Prepping for daily work materials
· Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
· Heavy Phones, Answering calls and handling queries
· Rolling Phone Calls, taking detailed notes, and circulating to appropriate people, defining action items and ensuring they are attended to
· Preparing and typing correspondences and documents
· Liaising with staff, clients, business partners, music producers, etc.,
· Manage travel both personal and business for clients: communication with hotel personnel, airport greeters, drivers.
· Attend meetings take notes and distribute accordingly
· Taking dictation
· Preparing presentations & materials for meetings
· Managing, reviewing, filing and personal organization of paperwork
· Managing execution of daily schedule of clients
· Maintain organization and cleanliness office space
· Manage various projects from beginning to end, inclusive of booking amenities for clients, travel, creatives, and seeing each item through all the way to the end.
