Full Time Job
Jr Content Producer (Entry Level) - I'm looking for a Jr Content Producer for an opening I have available. Some production (shooting/editing/gfx) experience is necessary, but this is an entry level position and the salary will reflect that. Ideally a PA with some experience or a recent college grad looking for work.

Essentail Functions:
Creative Content Production
- A resource for creative ideas and collaborative development of ideas
- Tell strong and compelling stories
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish
- Shoot & edit video content for client and agency projects.
- Solid understanding of editing technique and visual design
- Work collaboratively and independently on project.
Asset Management
- Organize and archive large quantity of projects and media files
- Maintain and organize the Broadcast media archives
- Support Broadcast and Creative team with research in regards to identify stock footage, music, news articles, trends in entertainment/fashion/music/technology
- Strong understanding of video formatting and is able to transcode files
- Finding stock footage, found footage, music, and other types of content.
Administrative Support
- Interface with creative and public relations/marketing teams to cover off any needs in the AV arena
- Creating purchase orders, processing invoices and managing file systems
- General administration support for the broadcast team
Other Functions:
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or advanced degree required. BA in related field such as Film Production, Screenwriting, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years professional work experience in a related field, preferably in an agency, production or post-production setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated understanding of film/video production practices including production flow, and the technical aspects of video and post-production.
- Hands on experience with content creation and the ability to operate production equipment such as a camera, sound equipment, lightening equipment in a makeshift studio setting.
- Knowledge of post production software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Final Cut, Illustrator and Photoshop required.
- Strong understanding of creating and publishing content to social media site such as Youtube, Facebook, Vimeo, Twitter & Instagram.
- Knowledge with Animation/Motion graphics are a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Asian cultural and/or language a plus but not required.
