International Operations Manager
Academy Award winning production and international sales company is seeking an organized international operations manager for invoicing/collections, contract administration, delivery management and some financing support. An understanding of Film Track or similar rights management software is preferred, as is familiarity with international distributors. Responsibilities would include invoicing and collecting MG payments from distributors; updating distribution contract information into the Film Track database; drafting and sending Notices of Delivery, Notices of Default, Notices of IFTA Arbitration and Notices of Termination; tracking material payments and approving delivery to distributors; preparing collection and sales reports for producers, banks and bond companies; providing documentation for loans; tracking collection accounts and ensuring company receives correct entitlements; establishing first-run Pay TV windows; ensuring that the physical delivery manager has all documents, artwork and stills for distributors; first point of contact for all miscellaneous distributor requests; confirming and approving international and domestic release dates.
