We're an LA-based music management firm seeking a driven, responsible and highly resourceful intern for daily administrative support to the office manager and entire management staff. Candidate must be able to work between 3-5 full days per week.
Daily tasks include:
- Admin support - answering phones / rolling calls
- Running errands & various other runner tasks
- Scanning and filing documents
- Assisting with daily maintenance, organization and upkeep of office
- Other duties assigned by management daily
We're looking for someone who is/has:
- A quick thinker, able to solve problems, research and troubleshoot on your own.
- Solid communication skills & phone etiquette
- A passion for the music business and basic knowledge of the current music landscape
- Enthusiastic personality and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the task at hand completed
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat & Microsoft Office Word - Excel - PowerPoint (Outlook would be a plus)
- Knowledgeable about Macs and Mac products
