Part Time Unpaid Internship
A Los Angeles based film production company. We are currently seeking hard-working, enthusiastic and business savvy interns who are passionate about TV, and film and looking to gain experience in the talent management & film production business for our Summer 2017 Intern Program.
Interns will have the opportunity to be hands-on and gain valuable experience working directly with management executives. Must have a can-do attitude, great people skills and phone manners, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
Interns will be assigned to work on various aspects of client projects including:
*Scheduling & Bookings
*Review Talent submissions for representation
*Social Media for company and clients
*Calendars, scheduling talent appointments, event planning
*General administrative duties including filing mailing, faxing, emailing, database maintenance, updating client materials, etc
*Production - forms, binders, scheduling, call sheets, talent reservations and liason
*Interns must be dependable, have great people skills and phone manners, an outgoing personality and be able to function well in both a corporate business setting and in social settings/high profile celebrity events, etc. Must have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter and able to start ASAP.
*Must have strong writing and communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized
*Must speak fluent English.
*Experience in casting, production, talent agency, talent management, film production or musician management a plus.
*Must have a clue.
*MINIMUM of 15 to 24 hours per week (2-3 days) for minimum of 12 weeks. Available immediately.
*Must have completed 1st year of college; may use internship for class credits.
We are located in the Mid-Wilshre Koreatown section of LA, near to Wilshire/Vermont Red Line Station. Parking is available on street only.
