Film Production company, Film Festival, Acting school, and Theater is seeking interns in Santa Monica.
(Multilingual applicants are a plus - Spanish/Italian/French/German/Mandarin/etc.)
Gain experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry.
Interests in:
-Film Production (projects going into pre-production)
-Editing
-Theater Production
-Script Coverage
-Independent Films (International and Domestic)
-Film Festival Programming (watching and rating films)
-Event Coordination
-Communications, campaign management, and/or public relations
-Graphic design (Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator +)
-Social media work (know your way around Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, Vimeo, etc)
Requirements:
--Ability to multi-task, problem solve, shuffle priorities, and take direction well.
--Strong/confident phone skills.
--Must have personal computer.
We are looking to put a team together with a variety of people with different skills.
This is an unpaid internship, with college credit offered (but not required). There are also classes available.
*Opportunities for PT/FT positions following the internship, including work on upcoming film projects
We are looking for a minimum 3 months commitment, could lead to a longer term position. 2-5 days per week from 11am-6pm.
