Digital Talent Management company in the heart of Hollywood looking for an amazing Fall intern! We seek a highly motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is organized and efficient to join our team. This person should be interested in working in the Digital Entertainment Industry and handle the day to day tasks with discretion, as we work with high profile clients. As a Fall intern, you'll be helping the Talent Managers with everything they need, from running their calendar to organizing calls and meetings on their & the talent's behalf. We are looking for someone who can come into our office around 3 days per week and work the occasional extra day with prior notice.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
• answering telephone calls
• maintaining schedules/calendars
• arranging appointments
• running the occasional errand or two each week
• graphic design for social media/organizational use (not required)
• using a variety of software packages (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• social media research
• typing/word processing
• filing
• organizing meetings
• booking transportation and accommodation
• managing databases
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• preparing letters, presentations and reports
